About Us Washington Air Reps is a manufacturer's representative for heating and air conditioning equipment in the commercial, industrial and institutional markets. Since 1975, Washington Air Reps has developed into one of the premier HVAC representatives in the United States. We have established our strong reputation by building a sales force that not only has product knowledge, but strong system knowledge as well. We are proud to be on the cutting edge of system technology, extremely critical in today's energy conscious market. We have aligned ourselves with some of the most innovative manufacturers in the country. We conceptualize systems for projects that allow out-of-the-box thinking instead of forcing a cataloged product to fit the application. Alternatively, we design products that are individually engineered for each application. We have developed our sales force to ensure that each salesperson focuses on the customer. There are nine outside sales engineers with inside sales assistants in the Bellevue office to provide support and service to our customers in western Washington. The Spokane office has two outside sales engineers with inside sales support for our customers in eastern Washington and parts of Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. We work diligently to finish each job to the satisfaction of the customer. Each salesman only handles a few accounts, which enables them to devote the time and service to our customers that they serve. Besides providing excellent design conceptualization, we also pay close attention to details in order entry and follow-up procedures. We will be there until you and your customer are completely satisfied. Our service department works to provide start-up and commissioning assistance on all the equipment that we sell. After startup, we coordinate training programs for equipment operation and maintenance to assure years of efficient operation. Then during the life of the equipment, our parts department provides replacement parts either from our locally maintained stock or direct from our factories. They have years of experience in the HVAC industry and know each of our product lines intimately. Our goal is to provide you with the best system for the application and to back up each system with engineering and aftermarket support to help assure your success.
